William (Bill) Ostopchuk – 1932-2024 Skate Ontario is deeply saddened to learn of the passing of William (Bill) Ostapchuk, a beloved volunteer in skating for over 50 years. Bill started out volunteering with the Brant SC in 1960 and helped to shape the sport of figure skating by using his skills from his professional career
